In Tuesday's league battle, the host Carthage Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Spring Hill Panthers.
The Bulldogs (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against New Diana (Diana, TX). The Eagles come into the 4A Region 2 District 15 battle with a 0-12 record. In their last battle, New Diana was nudged by Kilgore (Kilgore, TX), 9-0, in a league battle.
The Panthers (6-12) will now prepare for their battle against Center (Center, TX). The Roughriders come into the 4A Region 2 District 15 battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Center nudged Tatum (Tatum, TX), 5-1, in a league battle.
