In Tuesday's league battle, the host Lee County Trojans soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Tift County Blue Devils.
The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Northside (Warner Robins, GA). The Eagles come into the 6A Area 1 battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Northside nudged Bleckley County (Cochran, GA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
