The Pell City Panthers soccer team scored 9 points and limited the visiting Woodlawn Colonels to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Panthers face the St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 6. Pell City will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Fighting Saints enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, AL).
The Colonels now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mountain Brook for a 6A Area 10 contest on Tuesday, March 7. Woodlawn will face a Spartans team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Spartans record now stands at 7-1.
