Texas High School Softball - Bloomington felled by Moulton

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Moulton Bobkatz softball squad scored a good 23-8 win over the Bloomington Bobcats/Lady Cats.
The Bobkatz now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Three Rivers for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. Moulton will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-1 non-league win over Karnes City (Karnes City, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-2.
With the loss, Bloomington falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bobcats/lady cats host Flatonia (Flatonia, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a 2A Region IV District 29 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-2.
