The Madison Academy Mustangs softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting East Limestone Indians to 1 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Madison Academy moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Mustangs host Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Monday, March 6. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL) in a 5A Area 15 game, on Tuesday, March 14. East Limestone will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
