The Itawamba Agricultural Indians (Fulton, MS) softball the visiting Tupelo Golden Wave (Tupelo, MS), 6-4 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Indians (5-0) will now prepare for their bout against New Albany (New Albany, MS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, New Albany got by Starkville (Starkville, MS), 9-0, in a non-league match.
With the loss, Tupelo falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Golden wave host Corinth (Corinth, MS) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Thursday, March 2. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 3-2. Corinth won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Ripley (Ripley, MS)
