Michigan High School Basketball - Alcona thwarts Heston Academy

The Alcona Tigers (Lincoln, MI) basketball knocked off the host Heston Academy Patriots (St. Helen, MI), 67-47 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Tigers (18-5) will now prepare for their test against Roscommon (Roscommon, MI). The Bucks go into the non-league test with a 11-13 record. In their last test, Roscommon notched a victory over Oscoda (Oscoda, MI), 52-39, in a non-league test.

The Patriots now own a 13-11 record.
