In Wednesday's league battle, the host Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the South Spartans.

The Wolves (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against El Segundo (El Segundo, CA). The Eagles come into the Pioneer battle with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, El Segundo lost by North (Torrance, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Spartans encounter the St. John Bosco Braves (Bellflower, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 29. South will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Braves come into the battle with a 5-8 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA).
