North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Northside - Jacksonville drops to New Hanover

February 28, 2024: Jacksonville, NC 28546

New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs (Jacksonville, NC), 18-2 in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Swansboro for a non-league battle on Monday, March 4. New Hanover will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 19-1 non-league win over Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Monarchs clash with the White Oak Vikings (Jacksonville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 5. Northside - Jacksonville will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
