The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the California Condors (Whittier, CA) and the visiting Gahr Gladiators (Cerritos, CA), saw California's softball squad nip Gahr by a count of 7-0.

The Condors now sport a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host El Rancho for a Del Rio match on Thursday, February 29. California will face a Dons squad coming off a 2-2 non-league South El Monte (South El Monte, CA). The Dons record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Gahr falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Gladiators travel to Downey (Downey, CA) to face the Vikings in a Gateway match on Tuesday, March 5. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 5-2. Downey won 5-3 in their recent non-league battle against Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA)
