Georgia High School Baseball - Archer sneaks past South Gwinnett

February 28, 2025: Lawrenceville, GA 30045

In Friday's league game, the host Archer Tigers baseball team scored a close 8-7 victory over the South Gwinnett Comets.

The Tigers (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Bulldogs enter the 6A Area 4 game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Rockdale County was tipped by Grayson (Loganville, GA), 15-1, in a league game.

Next, the Comets face the Grovetown Warriors (Grovetown, GA) in a 6A Area 4 game, on Monday, March 3. South Gwinnett will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 3-6 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to Evans (Evans, GA).
