North Carolina High School Baseball - Goldsboro loses to Arendell Parrott Academy

Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Goldsboro Cougars (Goldsboro, NC), 6-1 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Arendell Parrott Academy advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Patriots host Epiphany (New Bern, NC) to battle the Falcons in a NCISAA Coastal Plain match on Tuesday, March 4. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 0-0.
The Cougars now have a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rosewood for a non-league match on Monday, March 3. Goldsboro will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Hunt (Wilson, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
