In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Guntersville Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 19-5 win over the Ashville Bulldogs.
The Wildcats (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Dadeville (Dadeville, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Dadeville was overwhelmed by Reeltown (Notasulga, AL), 12-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Susan Moore Bulldogs (Blountsville, AL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 1. Ashville will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 2-2 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Appalachian (Oneonta, AL).
