The Bunn Wildcats (Bunn, NC) baseball trounced the host South Central Falcons (Winterville, NC), 8-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Northern Nash for a The Big East 2A/3A challenge on Tuesday, March 4.
With the defeat, South Central drops to 1-1 on the year. The Falcons travel to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC) to clash with the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 1. The Huskies go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Heritage won 12-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Jordan (Durham, NC)
