The Forestview Jaguars baseball squad (Gastonia, NC), was edged 16-15 in Friday's non-league contest with the host East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC)

With the triumph, East Gaston moves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Warriors host Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Rams in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, March 4. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 2-1. Highland Tech won 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC)

The Jaguars now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shelby for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 5.
