In Friday's non-league game, the host Richmond Hill Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Jeff Davis Yellowjackets.
The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Norcross (Norcross, GA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Norcross was overwhelmed by Creekview (Canton, GA), 6-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Yellowjackets face the Berrien Rebels (Nashville, GA) in a 1A D-I Area 1 game, on Tuesday, March 4. Jeff Davis will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 4-4 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Dodge County (Eastman, GA).
