The South Grand Prairie Warriors baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Mansfield Timberview Wolves to 0 in the Warriors non-league win on Friday.
The Warriors now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Forney for a non-league test on Friday, February 28. South Grand Prairie will play a Falcons team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Nimitz (Irving, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 0-5.
With the defeat, Mansfield Timberview drops to 4-3 on the year. The Wolves travel to HCYA (Houston, TX) to play the in a non-league test on Friday, March 7. The go into the test with a record of 6-2.
