The Middle Creek Mustangs triumphed over the visiting Overhills Jaguars baseball squad by a score of 7-1 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC) in a Southwest Wake 4A outing, on Tuesday, March 4. Middle Creek will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Falcons come into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 11-10 non-league win over Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC).

The Jaguars (0-2) will now prepare for their outing against Triton (Erwin, NC). The Hawks come into the All American 3A/4A outing with a 2-1 record.
