Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Citrus Hill Hawks (Perris, CA) and the host San Gorgonio Spartans (San Bernardino, CA), observed Citrus Hill's volleyball team top San Gorgonio by a count of 3-1.

The Hawks (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against JW North (Riverside, CA). The Huskies enter the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, JW North was knocked off by Fullerton (Fullerton, CA), 2-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Spartans battle the Inglewood Sentinels (Inglewood, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 1. San Gorgonio will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Sentinels enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Animo South Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA).
