California High School Volleyball - Mt. Carmel tips Pacific Ridge

In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Mt. Carmel Sundevils volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Pacific Ridge Firebirds.
The Sundevils (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Calexico (Calexico, CA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Calexico was nudged by Sweetwater (National City, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Firebirds play the El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 1. Pacific Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over High Tech Mesa (San Diego, CA).
