    • Maryland High School Basketball - Thomas Stone crushes McDonough

    February 28, 2025: Pomfret, MD 20675

    The Thomas Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD) basketball crushed the host McDonough Rams (Pomfret, MD), 48-19 in Friday's non-league bout.

    The Cougars now possess a 7-17 record. They play next when they travel to Huntingtown for a non-league bout on Monday, March 3. Thomas Stone will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 55-27 non-league win over Patuxent (Lusby, MD). The Hurricanes record now stands at 17-3.

    With the loss, McDonough falls to 6-16 on the campaign.
