The Oak Knoll Royals basketball team scored 42 points and limited the host Newark Academy Minutemen to 23 in the Royals non-league triumph on Friday.
The Royals now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pope John XXIII for a non-league game on Monday, March 3. Oak Knoll will confront a team coming off a 66-55 non-league loss to Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ). The record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Newark Academy falls to 4-9 on the campaign.
