The Perry Panthers soccer squad scored 10 points and held the visiting New Hampstead Phoenix to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Ware County for a 4A Region 1 bout on Tuesday, March 4. Perry will play a Gators squad coming off a 5-2 league loss to Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA). The Gators record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, New Hampstead moves to 1-4 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Ware County (Waycross, GA) to play the Gators in a 4A Region 1 bout on Friday, March 7. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 3-4.
