Texas High School Soccer - Aledo knocks off Saginaw

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Aledo Bearcats soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 win over the Saginaw Rough Riders.

The Bearcats (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against Granbury (Granbury, TX). The Pirates enter the 5A Region 1 District 5 outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Granbury was overwhelmed by Brewer (Fort Worth, TX), 3-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Rough Riders confront the Chisholm Trail Rangers (Fort Worth, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 5 outing, on Tuesday, March 4. Saginaw will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Rangers enter the outing with a 7-7 record after their 1-1 league Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX).
