The Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA) soccer nipped the visiting Sandy Creek Patriots (Tyrone, GA), 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Bears now hold a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ola for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. Griffin will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Union Grove (McDonough, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
