Walnut Grove Wildcats (Prosper, TX) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Sherman Bearcats (Sherman, TX), 3-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Walnut Grove moves its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to McKinney North (McKinney, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a 5A Region 2 District 9 test on Tuesday, March 4. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 14-0. McKinney North won 4-1 in their recent league test against Lovejoy (Lucas, TX)

The Bearcats now sport a 3-11 record. They take the field next when they host Anna for a 5A Region 2 District 9 test on Tuesday, March 4. Sherman will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, TX). The Coyotes record now stands at 5-9.
