North Carolina High School Softball - Corvian Community knocked off by Queen's Grant

February 28, 2025: Matthews, NC 28105

In Friday's non-league test, the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), by a tally of 17-2.

Next, the Stallions meet the Forest Hills Yellow Jackets (Marshville, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 3. Queen's Grant will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the test with a 0-3 record after their 24-1 non-league loss to South Stanly (Norwood, NC).

The Cardinals (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles go into the Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Lincoln Charter was routed by Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC), 3-2, in a non-league test.
