In Friday's non-league test, the East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the host West St. John Rams (Edgard, LA), by a tally of 25-3.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Hahnville Tigers (Boutte, LA) in a 5A District 7 test, on Thursday, March 6. East St. John will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record.
The Rams (0-1) will now prepare for their test against L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, L.W. Higgins was routed by Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA), 19-4, in a non-league test.
