Florida High School Softball - Taylor County succumbs to Franklin County

February 28, 2025: Eastpoint, FL 32322

In Friday's non-league test, the Franklin County Seahawks (Eastpoint, FL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Taylor County Bulldogs (Perry, FL), by a tally of 13-1.

Next, the Seahawks clash with the Port St. Joe Tiger Sharks (Port St. Joe, FL) in a 1A District 4 test, on Monday, March 3. Franklin County will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Tiger Sharks go into the test with a 3-0 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Vernon (Vernon, FL).

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Madison County (Madison, FL). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Madison County prevailed over Branford (Branford, FL), 4-2, in a non-league test.
