Georgia High School Baseball - McEachern holds off Buford

In Saturday's non-league game, the host McEachern Indians baseball team scored a close 4-0 win over the Buford Wolves.

The Indians (9-1) will now prepare for their game against Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 4-8 record. In their last game, Chapel Hill was overwhelmed by Jordan (Columbus, GA), 18-0, in a non-league match.

The Wolves now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collins Hill for a AAAAAA Region 8 match on Monday, March 2. Buford will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 13-0 league win over Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.
