The Lamar County Bulldogs baseball team (Vernon, AL), 9-6 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Oakman Wildcats (Oakman, AL)

The Wildcats (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lindsay Lane Christian Academy (Athens, AL). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record.

The Bulldogs now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belgreen for a non-league contest on Monday, March 2. Lamar County will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Meek (Arley, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
