The Houston Hilltoppers baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Calhoun City Wildcats to 0 in the Hilltoppers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hilltoppers (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Independence (Independence, MS). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Independence was overwhelmed by Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS), 20-12, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their match against French Camp Academy (French Camp, MS). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record.
