The Shiner Comanches crushed the host St. Joseph Flyers baseball team by a count of 11-4 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Comanches now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Navarro for a non-league bout on Friday, March 8.
Next, the Flyers face the Sacred Heart Indians (Hallettsville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 29. St. Joseph will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 14-0 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Burton (Burton, TX).
