Maryland High School Basketball - Brunswick overwhelmed by Smithsburg

The Smithsburg Leopards basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Brunswick Railroaders to 41 in the Leopards non-league victory on Thursday.

The Leopards now sport a 20-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Carroll for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 5. Smithsburg will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 73-64 non-league win over Liberty (Sykesville, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 14-10.

This game is a part of the 2024 MPSSAA Boys Basketball State Championships (Maryland) - Class 1A tournament
