California High School Basketball - Clovis West nudges Serra

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Serra Padres (San Mateo, CA), by a count of 68-64.

The Golden Eagles (28-6) will now prepare for their outing against Granada (Livermore, CA). The Matadors go into the non-league outing with a 25-4 record. In their last outing, Granada held off St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA), 68-66, in a non-league outing.

The Padres now hold a 20-9 record.
