The Gordonsville Tigers (Gordonsville, TN) basketball knocked off the visiting Pickett County Bobcats (Byrdstown, TN), 61-51 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tigers (17-10) will now prepare for their test against South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 22-7 record. In their last test, South Pittsburg went down by Chattanooga Prep (Chattanooga, TN), 80-54, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now own a 20-6 record. They play next when they travel to Chattanooga Prep for a non-league test on Monday, March 4. Pickett County will encounter a Sentinels squad coming off a 80-54 non-league win over South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN). The Sentinels record now stands at 23-6.
