Arizona High School Volleyball - Mountain Ridge over Gilbert

Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Gilbert Tigers (Gilbert, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mountain Lions battle the Chandler Wolves (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 1. Mountain Ridge will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Wolves come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ).

With the loss, Gilbert drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ) to battle the Jaguars in a 6A Central match on Tuesday, March 5. The Jaguars come into the match with a record of 2-0. Desert Ridge won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Browne (Phoenix, AZ)
