With the win, Venice upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Gondoliers travel to Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, March 1. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Eagle Rock lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Huntington Beach (Huntington Beach, CA)

The Comets now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host University for a Western bout on Wednesday, March 6.
