Andalusia Bulldogs (Andalusia, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Samson Tigers (Samson, AL), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Houston Academy for a 4A Area 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 5. Andalusia will face a Raiders squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Slocomb (Slocomb, AL). The Raiders record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Samson falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Florala (Florala, AL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 4. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Florala lost 18-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Straughn (Andalusia, AL)
