Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL), 20-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grissom for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. Lauderdale County will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 14-13 non-league win over James Clemens (Madison, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Decatur falls to 1-10 on the campaign. The Red raiders host West Morgan (Trinity, AL) to battle the Rebels in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 29. The Rebels enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. West Morgan won 9-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Elkmont (Elkmont, AL)
