The Lakeland Regional Lancers basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Passaic Valley Hornets to 24 in the Lancers league victory on Thursday.

The Lancers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennedy for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 5. Lakeland Regional will battle a Knights team coming off a 26-16 league win over Passaic (Passaic, NJ). The Knights record now stands at 5-7.

The Hornets (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Patriots come into the Big North - Independence contest with a 10-3 record.
