In Friday's league outing, the Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT) basketball squad beat the visiting Metropolitan Learning Center Dragons (Bloomfield, CT), by a count of 51-39.
The Ravens (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Wethersfield (Wethersfield, CT). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 6-6 record. In their last outing, Wethersfield defeated South Windsor (South Windsor, CT), 55-39, in a non-league outing.
The Dragons now hold a 6-7 record. They play next when they host Weaver for a Capitol Region outing on Monday, February 6. Metropolitan Learning Center will clash with a Beavers squad coming off a 75-71 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT). The Beavers record now stands at 12-3.
