The St. Mary's Hawks (Remsen, IA) basketball crushed the host Akron-Westfield Westerners (Akron, IA), 67-43 in Friday's league test.
The Hawks (17-2) will now prepare for their test against Trinity Christian (Hull, IA). The Tigers go into the War Eagle test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Trinity Christian was trounced by Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn (Hartley, IA), 69-46, in a league test.
