The Xavier Falcons (Middletown, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT), 78-26 in Friday's non-league test.
The Falcons (11-4) will now prepare for their test against Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT). The Governors go into the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Wilbur Cross walloped West Haven (West Haven, CT), 89-63, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to West Haven for a non-league test on Monday, February 6. Amity Regional will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 89-63 non-league loss to Wilbur Cross (New Haven, CT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-10.
