Virginia High School Basketball - Atlee can't hold off Patrick Henry

The Patrick Henry Patriots basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Atlee Raiders to 51 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Massaponax for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Patrick Henry will battle a Panthers team coming off a 43-41 league win over Stafford (Falmouth, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-3.
The Raiders (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Henrico (Richmond, VA). The Warriors enter the Capital contest with a 10-10 record. In their last contest, Henrico was nudged by Varina (Richmond, VA), 74-62, in a league contest.
