The Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights routed the host Awaken Christian Lions basketball team by a final score of 79-0 in Friday's non-league game.

With the defeat, Awaken Christian moves to 4-17 on the year. The Lions travel to The Meadows School (Las Vegas, NV) to face the Mustangs in a 2A Southern game on Saturday, February 4. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 18-4. The Meadows School won 78-37 in their recent league game against Founders Academy (Las Vegas, NV)
