Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Baldwin Highlanders (Pittsburgh, PA) and the visiting Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA), saw Baldwin's basketball squad overcome Norwin by a tally of 63-50.

With the victory, Baldwin improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA) to confront the Spartans in a WPIAL 6A 2 challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 10-11. Hempfield Area won 67-45 in their recent league challenge against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA)

Next up, the Knights confront the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Norwin will attempt to improve on its 11-8 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 37-36 league loss to Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA).
