Nevada High School Basketball - Lund nudges Beatty

In Friday's league outing, the Lund Mustangs (Lund, NV) basketball squad edged the visiting Beatty Hornets (Beatty, NV), by a margin of 44-43.
The Mustangs (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against Tonopah (Tonopah, NV). The Muckers go into the 1A Central outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Tonopah was tipped by Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV), 64-38, in a league outing.
The Hornets now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Round Mountain for a 1A Central outing on Thursday, February 9.
