With the victory, Meridian improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Hemlock (Hemlock, MI) to play the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 7. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Hemlock won 51-36 in their recent league challenge against Carrollton (Carrollton, MI)

Next up, the Beavers play the Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) in a Jack Pine challenge, on Friday, February 10. Beaverton will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 61-21 league win over Harrison (Harrison, MI).
