In Friday's league outing, the Belton Tigers (Belton, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Lake Belton Broncos (Temple, TX), by a margin of 65-43.
The Tigers (22-8) will now prepare for their outing against Waco (Waco, TX). The Lions go into the 5A Region III District 22 outing with a 5-20 record. In their last outing, Waco was trounced by Chaparral (Killeen, TX), 70-53, in a league outing.
